Honestly, Poppy playtime fell off spectacularly, and I hope that it dies along with most modern mascot horror. The fact that they made the fantastic decision to make chapter 1 free, then double chapter 2's price compared to the first and not compensate people who bought chapter 1 is a little confounded, and this IP is only really being used for merchandising, remember the NFT's? Honestly, the fact that Enchantedmob decided to make poppy playtime but it's dead by daylight is absurd, the game itself is so obscure by this point that it doesn't even have an Imdb page at all. The main antagonists are given little to do with themselves, as one doesn't speak, and the other doesn't really do that much in terms of presence in the story. This is definitely popular with residential 4 year olds everywhere, but the gameplay is truly lacking, only having around 2 or 3 different puzzle types within. The fact this was made by Enchantedmob says a lot about why it exists considering what Enchantedmob is at this point and what they've done in the past. Like, I never really got into it, but at this point it's likely going to fail, and honestly? I'm kinda for it.

Poppy then boards the Train while The Player inputs the Train Code correctly, and the Train begins to move.
#Poppy playtime free
Navigating Bay 09 lets us find a trapped Poppy, and proceeds to free her. After this, a mysterious, claw-like hand appears from the bottom of the partially closed door and drags Mommy's severed torso into the dark, before the door to the right opens, and The Player is let back into the Game Station. Survive Mommy's relentless chase, and The Player will then trap Mommy in a grinder and activate the lever, killing her. However, this infuriates Mommy Long Legs in the process, who starts hunting down The Player, claiming that The Player 'cheated', and that she is going to play 'one last game' with us, calling it "Hide-and-Seek". The Player escapes the third game, which is obviously rigged (the ending is blocked by debris). The Player stops when the lights turn on and can move when the lights go off. The player assumes the character of a former employee returning to an abandoned toy factory originally owned by Playtime Co., the game’s in-universe corporation, 10 years after the staff inexplicably left. Green Light’, where The Player navigates a maze while being pursued by PJ Pug-a-Pillar. The third game is Statues, a game similar to ‘Red Light. The second game is Wack-a-Wuggy, a game similar to "Whack-a-Mole", where The Player must hit the Mini Huggies with their GrabPack as they're coming out of holes in the walls. The Player then finds themselves in a rejected toys warehouse, where there is a switch to unlock the door which leads to the train station. This will gradually get faster until the game malfunctions and an emergency stop is required. The first game is Musical Memory, a "Simon Says"-like game where The Player has to select the correct buttons. Once in the station, Mommy Long Legs confronts The Player, stating that in order to escape, The Player must play three games that become increasingly more difficult. This plan is soon vandalized, as the chapter's main antagonist, Mommy Long Legs assaults and snatches Poppy, forcing The Player to drop down to attempt to save her.

The Player follows Poppy, who, in response to the player's rescue, decides to help The Player escape via the Game Station located deep under the facility. The payer will then come across an exit door with a massive poppy painted around it, and they will walk through a long corridor and eventually find Poppy in a case. However, they manage to throw a box over a bridge, which breaks and causes Huggy Wuggy to fall into the void, seemingly to his death. After solving a puzzle that returns them to the starting room, the player is pursued by Huggy and escape through the ventilation system, but soon reach a dead end. Throughout the entire chapter there are hidden tapes that reveal part of the story of the game. The player makes their way through the factory solving puzzles while being stalked by Huggy Wuggy. They have received a message that the toymakers are actually trapped inside the building and to "find the flower". The player, an ex-toymaker, returns to their old place of employment Playtime Co., which had closed down years ago.
